Hot, hot weather & some good diving; on our 3 dive trip last week we saw whales from the boat & a marlin underwater at Southwest Pinnacles & then the bull sharks at Chumphon. Sail Rock's good & we had an excellent night dive on Mae Haad reef yesterday. The island doesn't seem so busy at the moment, but that's fairly usual when conditions are nice!

Big congratulations to Mr Kim who successfully completed his DM training last week. It was a most enjoyable course for all who worked with you, thank you (& see you again soon, no doubt). And as Tine leaves us for the Similans, her Open Water instructor returns next month for a holiday; the return of Zsuszanna! Gabriele has managed to spot the elusive nudi, Bornella stellifer at Mae Haad, but sadly without camera; now there's a fine reason for Nick to leave the office....

The Marine Life Field Guide grows in fits and starts (more fits than starts at present). We are still trying to expand the sections on nudibranch & to cover more of the fascinating smaller stuff that we haven't properly considered before. There's also more to be done correcting some names & classifications, so if you spot something wrong please let us know.
